Pool Area
The very private large rear pool deck has 'Florida Glass' screening to the sides and overlooks a small lake and conservation area.
There are two patio tables and lots of comfortable sun chairs and loungers. The lanai has an outside fan for those really hot days.
The illuminated swimming pool has a 'Florida Seat' and the spa is perfect for those tired muscles after being in the parks!

Living Area
Our lounge is not only tastefully furnished and decorated but has comfortable seating which overlooks the pool area. It is air conditioned with a ceiling fan too.
It enjoys a 55" LED television, a PS3 Playstation, free cable TV, a bluray/DVD player and high speed wireless internet.

Kitchen and Dining Areas
The fully fitted kitchen has a fridge freezer & ice dispenser, dishwasher, waste disposal and full laundry facilities and there is also a breakfast bar with bar stools.
We have both a filter coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker for delicious Starbucks & other custom coffees/teas/chocolate whenever you want them!
The dining area has a view over the rear lake and conservation area. The large dining table has seating for 8 guests.

Master Bedroom with King Size Bed
The fabulous master bedroom is furnished with 'Cindy Crawford' designer furniture and has a king sized bed with high quality pocket sprung /memory foam mattress.
The en-suite bathroom has a large walk in shower and twin vanity. There is also a walk in closet.
